TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A.  WARRANTY

All equipment conforms to CSA, UL and CE standards and is fully warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date the shipment is received.

B.  DELIVERY

Normal shipment is approximately 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of order, but may vary depending on factory load.

C.  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This quotation is valid 30 days.

D.  CURRENCY

All prices are quoted in EURO.

E.  PAYMENT TERMS

100 %  Before shipment for first order

100 %  30 days net after invoice date for following orders

Payment will be made by wire transfer on the account as specified on the invoice.

All bank charges will be paid by principal.

There will be a 0,2% per day late payment penalty charged against the total sale price and will be billed separately.

F.    WAIVER

This is advance notification that Techimport Trading Co.,Ltd DO NOT accept any responsibility with regard to any situation or consequence that may take place where a radioactive source has failed to be detected.

G.   CANCELLATION

In case the buyer withdraws a part of or the complete order, or if the buyer fails to receive a part of or the complete order, the buyer is due to pay a fixed compensation of 20% on the total amount of the order. Any cancellation should be made by registered mail.

H.   REQUIRED DOCUMENTS-CERTIFICATES

The EUR-1 certificate is enclosed with all our equipment. In case the customer needs other specific certificates or documents, this should be mentioned when the purchase order is placed. If extra documents are requested after, they will be invoiced on the final invoice at € 30,00 per extra document.
